It seems that I have been trying to stick up for the underdogs my whole life and it has not helped the cause one bit. I have been accused of all manner of things and I just think that it is funny that my accusers are on a mission to make me out as some kind of monster. Well that is your prerogative and you can do and say what ever you want about me if it makes you feel better.

I no longer care to get involved in the controversies of those who lie and cheat and steal and murder. That is what we have courts and lawyers for and I am neither. In the 50 years that I have been on this planet I have come to the conclusion that you can not please some people and no matter what you say there will always be someone who will take issue with it.

So I will only be blogging about things that I deem important to me and if you don’t like it well then there are millions of other blogs to read. To those who think they have won the fight good for you. To those who think I have given up, deal with it. To those who don’t care, keep on keeping on. As for me I am just going to state how I feel about what ever I want to talk about.

The purpose of this blog was never to talk about a murder or a rape. It just happened to be the topic of conversation. So I will leave it to Jim to debunk all of the lies and PC can be the expert on Joe and Harlow and they can have all of the people talk about it there.

So to those who have nasty things to say about me here is your chance to get it out of your system. Have fun with it cause I am going to celebrate my birthday with people who love me and none of you will be there. Kisses.

Just in case you don’t know today is election day and I would advise you to go Vote and Stop worrying about the petty bullshit that you all seem to think is so important.

I read something today that seriously disturbed me, the news of the rape of Mason Wyler. What I find disturbing is that he was treated with such disrespect from the police. They just assumed that because he was gay that he wanted what happened to him to happen. I think that all of the officers involved should be put on administrative leave with no pay until the issue of this case is resolved.

Mason describes his totally horrific ordeal at the hands of a decorated United States military officer. The way the police handled the situation just makes me sick. But then again I have been blogging about our legal system for a little bit and I can see just how they look at the gay community. I don’t care if you are sitting in the middle of the street naked and holding a package of condoms with a smile on your face NO STILL MEANS NO.

The police asked him if he wanted to be beaten and to have a broom handle shoved up his ass? What the fuck is wrong with our law enforcement when they treat a victim of a crime like that. Form what happened to mason he could have been infected with any amount of things, Lets just hope he was not. I have had several friends who have been raped both male and female and they were all damaged from the event.

Several of my gay friends who were raped are no longer with us. I have myself been accosted on several occasions and was lucky enough to get away unscathed. In my opinion rape is no joke.
I truly hope that Mason gets the counseling that he needs and he has a good support group to help him through this. If you look at our prison system you will most likely see the victims of sexual abuse.

Lets hope that Mason does not go that route. I pray for his recovery and hope that the person(s) who did this gets there just cause. This is not something to joke about and the police should take this and all allegations of rape seriously no matter what sex the victim is. Rape is not a sex crime it is a crime of power and violence and the sooner that we all learn that the better of we will all be.

The details between this entry and the previous one are inconsistent, he first stated investigators found the wallet now he says he found it and the investigators don’t have it at all. First he says Ben Taub Hospital then he says he was taken a shit hospital, Ben Taub is the best trauma centre around, says he’s telling everyone including family…but is telling no one relevant that could you know assist in the situation, etc.He was called out on it not being in any media and is retconing the specific details in such a way that no one cares, everyones doing their job so badly, the alledged incident has no attention beyond the attention he is giving it, no one really cares….all to cover his arse on why the only reference about it is his own, why he isn’t pursuing it in any of the relevant avenues. How is it not obvious to you all, you’re being manipulated by someones mechanations.

I truly can not beleive this sick fucker is posting on Mason’s blog. I hope Mason has a IP tracker because this will help him track down who this sick poster is.

My guess is that this is the persons or one of the people who raped him. I think the sick bitches should get life in prison for doing this. They will do this again because they have serious issues to deal with and being loose on the streets is not going to help anyone.

You know I have been thinking about doing another post on this rape incident and trying to figure out how to go about it.

The funny thing is that it really does not matter because this is not my ordeal.
This is something that Mason and his boyfriend have to deal with.

I do agree that Mason went about this in a unconventional way, but it is his story to tell.
It is not ours to tell and I don’t see why so many of you have to “get to the bottom of it”.

Now I did a little research and I found out that the police report is actually factual. The report does exist with the redacted information to protect the victims.

Mason did fake the picture with the black eye. The other two were taken the night of the incident.

They were taken around 2 hours before the police were called. I think that Mason was trying to protect his boyfriend with the phony story.

I think that was a nice thing of him to try to do. He probably feels that he brought this on by inviting the guy into his home.

What you all don’t seem to get is that even if you invite someone into your home and you are having sex with them you still have the right to change your mind and say “no”.

If the other party refuses to abide by your wishes that is rape.

Now I do realize that Mason is a porn star and he is an admitted whore but he still has the right to say no.

Until you have been in a situation such as Mason’s or DeWayne’s you should not make judgements against him. I was in a similar situation but I was lucky and did not get raped but the fear is still there.

Your trust is violated and you feel that you brought it on yourself.

Mason must feel doubly worse because his boyfriend was involved in the attack.

The fact that he is even trying to talk about it is a big step towards the healing process.

You all seem to think that this is a publicity stunt but maybe it is a public service message to you all to be careful and to not let it happen to you.

Rape is not a crime of sex it is crime of control and power over the victim. The sex part is just the control to make you do something against your will.

I admit that I have been opinionated on this and other subjects and and we are all allowed
our opinions but we should all think about what the victim’s are going through before we try to analyse him and decide his future in the porn industry.

We are talking about a person here who has been through a traumatic experience and he needs some time to get his bearings.
