My four year old Toshiba stopped being able to edit photos a couple of years ago. All pictures of mine you have seen on his or other blogs were edited by him. Mostly size reduction and watermarking but that is a lot of work and I so thank my partner. I got my new Toshiba quad core a couple of weeks ago. I had difficulty installing Adobe CS4 so had a tech savy son do it. I got the machine back last night. Today I used CS4 for the first time ever. I had been using Elements 4 so that is still the limits of my capability but now I can learn so much more.

It was timely as this last weekend I had a commercial still photo shoot for the Midtowne Spa in Austin. I took a friend along some of you may recognize. Krist Cummings spent most of the day carrying my 6 ft ladder and our water bottles but after we finished taking photos of the rental rooms we started on the common areas. Some areas just required a human presence and Krist’s incredible butt and back fit perfectly.

I will offer DeWayne the bulk of the photo’s for a post. I just could not resist sharing a little taste of what we did. These are not by any means the best. Just fun stuff.

The Alamo picture is of course a pic I took of Krist about two years ago.
